Band rehearsal
Two of you already make a band — you do not need more. But fifteen of you also fits. Nothing to carry: everything is here, set up. And because everything is here, professional bands rehearse here too.

All the gear is in the hourly rate
Fifty-five square metres, everything standing. A Pearl drum kit with cymbals, Boss Katana and Laney Ironheart guitar amps, a Marshall bass amp, a Yamaha Motif ES6 synth, a mixing desk, Mackie speakers, stage monitors, microphones. Whatever you play and however you sing, you will sound good — and you will hear yourselves properly. All of it is in the hourly rate: not an extra, not a surcharge. Just bring your own instrument. (An 88-key Korg Kronos 2 is available to rent separately if you need one.)
Lights, if you are making content too
Indirect white key lights and colour-changing mood spots: colour, programme, a full light show if you want one. A rehearsal video or a photo shoot fits in at no extra cost.
No other band next door
Most rehearsal places are six or eight rooms off one corridor with thin walls: someone is rehearsing next door and you hear it. Here there is one room, and while you are here, it is yours. No other band beside you — not by day, not at night — nothing bleeding through the wall, and nobody to disturb.
No clock to watch
There is no closing time: if a rehearsal or a recording runs long, that is not a problem here — there is nobody to disturb. Most sessions finish in the evening anyway, but you do not have to watch the clock. I am there in person the first time; regular renters can also get 24/7 access, arranged in advance and with a check-in. One thing I do ask: this is a rehearsal room, not a party venue. It is not rented out for parties.
Nobody leaves in a hurry
A sofa, rugs, a corner to sit in — and a fridge with water, coffee, tea and beer. Most people would happily stay longer than they booked for.
